An exercise you can do to get a flat stomach.

Sit on a mat with your knees bent and your feet on the floor, holding dumbbells near shoulders, elbows by sides, palms in. Lean back slightly and extend your arms overhead as you lift your feet a few inches off floor and bring your knees toward chest.
