I have high blood pressure and want to lower it without medication. Will walking help to lower my high blood pressure?

What are some other things I can and should do to help lower my blood pressure?

Yes walking has been shown to lower ones blood pressure and it helps improve heart health as well.

If you can walk to a place you're going then walk instead of taking a car. Walking is good for heart health, blood pressure, and blood circulation.

It also helps to keep the weight off too.
