How long should I wait to move on when I don't hear back from an employer?
I've applied to a job and it's been 2 months already since I applied and I haven't heard anything back from the employer?

Is 2 months long enough to wait or should I wait a bit longer before giving up on getting this job?

2 months is a pretty long tie to wait to hear back. Have you tried calling the employer and asking about your application? If you call and ask it helps as they see you really want the job.

I wouldn't give up on it but continue to put in more applications at other jobs while your waiting in case you don't get those other jobs.

There's a chance that the employer could call you back and you could get the job.
