I worked at a call center for tech support once for 2 years and it can get boring and sometimes you'll want to curse out the caller but you can't or you'll lose your job.
And then sometimes you'll be laughing inside when some stupid caller calls either for prank or a legit call.
So sometimes the job can be boring and other times it can be exciting. I actually loved having prank callers call me and I got a laugh out of it. It made my day easier and lifted my spirits.
