Heart disease can sometimes be prevented by following through with a few of these things.
Eat Healthy
Always make sure you eat a good proportion of healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits, and avoid too much greasy or fatty foods.
Get plenty of Exercise.
Make sure you also get lots of exercise as well. Avoid just sitting around on the couch too much. Get up and move around which also helps with blood circulation. Not having good blood circulation can lead to blood clots which can lead to death.
Avoid Too Much Stress.
Avoiding stress is easier said than done because of the way we live today. The world is stressful it'self. But do your best to avoid getting too much stress. As stress raises blood pressure and can lead to a heart attack.
