Cloth diapers don't hold the wetness away from babies skin like the disposable diapers do so yes the child will feel the wetness more and be more likely want to get out of diapers if they hate being wet.
But some kids don't mind wet diapers and still won't potty train whether in cloth diapers or disposables and they have to be forced into doing so.
