Does car insurance rates go down the older a driver gets?
I know that when a teenager get's car insurance that the rates are expensive at first
due to them being young and new at driving and are at risk for accidents.

But does a teenagers car insurance rates drop the older they get?

As long as the teen keeps a clean driving record then the rates should drop once they turn 21.

But if they get into a lot of wrecks and they're at fault then there rates will go up.
