Why do most adults hate being an adult and wish to be a kid again?
I'm an adult and I just don't get it. When I was a kid I was controlled in
every aspect of my life, when to eat, when to go to bed forced to the
doctors, forced to take medicine, told what to wear when to be back in the house
and I had to go everywhere my parents went?

I personally am glad my childhood days are over and love being an adult that can
control his own life.

Why do some people think being a kid or toddler or baby or even a teenager is so
great?

I just don't see it.

I'm still a little kid at heart and will probably always be. It's fun to go into the mindset of a kid for awhile. But I wouldn't like to be an actual kid again either.

Yes being an adult is stressful at times but being a kid or even a toddler is stressful as well.

If you're a kid or toddler you're controlled by your parents or other caregivers in what you can and can't do such as when to go to bed, when to get dressed, what to wear. You're dragged along to place you don't want to be.

You're forced to go to school etc. Being kid like in your mind when you'd like is nice. But I wouldn't trade my adult life to be a kid again.
