How long does centurylink take to activate dsl service?

I ordered centurylink
internet and today is the day it's supposed to be activated?

It's now 5:00 PM and it's still not on.

I've tried re booting the modem and it still has no service.

My Telephone has only a busy signal as well?

You should be able to see where your centurylink Technician is at through google maps on the where's my Tech Support page.

It can take awhile longer than the estimated time to get connected.

You shouldn't have to re boot your modem. The lights should automatically turn green.

But if not then you can re boot your modem.
