If I want to lose weight fast? How often should I skip meals during the day?

I want to lose 50 lbs in 6 months how can I lose the weight fast?

You should never skip meals when trying to lose weight. What you should do is eat healthy foods and continue with exercise.

Make sure you eat the healthiest food available to you and watch your calories. Make sure to get lots of exercise, try jogging around town at least once a day when it's nice. Walk to where you need to go instead of taking a car or other transportation.

Even ride a bicycle instead.
