Are wet disposable Adult Diapers comfortable to wear?

Yes they are. I find any wet diaper to be the most comfortable thing to wear.

I prefer to wear disposable diapers instead of regular underwear. I think that disposable diapers are the best underwear to wear and they feel even better when they're all squishy and wet.
