Neigbhors Dogs Won't Stop Barking At Me when I go out in my yard

First let me say. I love dogs. But my next door neighbors have these 3 dogs that won't shut up. Every Time I go out there in my yard they start yapping, and won't shut up until I go inside.

These are pit bull dogs. I've called the cops and they said they can't do anything. I want to just enjoy my yard.

I don't have personal experience with it. But I've head of a stop dog barking cd that you put in your stereo and it emits a frequency that only dogs can hear.

It's supposed to stop them barking.

Maybe give it a try?
