To lose weight you need to exercise daily.
Try taking a daily or evening walk or jog around your town.
I try to jog or at least take a brisk walk every evening to help keep my weight down.
When it's too cold outside or hot outside I'll ride my exercise bicycle or hop on the treadmill.
You have to burn those calories off and the exercise is good for heart health and blood circulation.
Although I don't recommend them there are weight loss pills that you can take to help with weight loss.
