How can I get a checking account with a bad chexsystem report?

I went to a bank today to get a new checking account and was denied due to a bad chexsystem report.

Are there any banks out there that will allow me a checking account with a bad chexsystem report?

Check with other banks. Not all banks use Chexsystem your best bet is to find a small bank that would unlikely use Chexsystem

If you can't find a bank that doesn't use chexsystem you'll have to wait 5 years before they remove the bad report from there database.
