The only way lightning could strike you through a glass window is if the lightning shatters the window first since glass is non conductive so you won't get struck by lightning even if you're touching the glass window at the time lightning struck the window.
It would take the heat and speed of the lightning to cause the glass to shatter which is rare to happen.
So no need to worry about getting struck by lightning through the window.
The window will almost always protect you from a lightning strike if the lightning does hit the window.
