To safely clean out your ears take a Q Tip or cotton swab and dip it in some hydrogen peroxide and then gently swab out the old earwax or dirt build up in your ear.
Never push or force the Q Tip or cotton swab into your ear canal as it can do damage to your ear and cause hearing loss.
All you need to do is just gently move the cotton swab or Q Tip around in your ear to clean the ear.
Next then take a wash cloth with warm water and wipe the inside of the ear out to further clean it and to be sure you removed any old pieces of earwax or some dirt that may be left behind.
