Having blurry eyes and blurry vision in the morning right after waking up from sleeping is normal.
As long as the blurry eyes and blurry vision goes away within 15 to 20 minutes after waking up then nothing is wrong and the blurry eyes and blurry vision is just a result of your eyes drying out during sleep.
If your vision doesn't get better soon after waking up then it could be allergies.
But the most common cause of blurry vision in the morning is dried out tear secretions that are floating around on the surface of your eye which should go away within 15 to 20 minutes of waking up.
