No. A toco or other car warranty plan is not worth getting. You're still paying out of pocket for costs since you'd be paying the monthly premiums, and then you have to pay a deductible.
A better thing to do with the money is put the money you'd pay for the monthly payments of the toco warranty in a savings account to cover repairs if needed.
