I'm not entirely sure what you mean?

A little more detail would help answer this question better but in my opinion if you're an English speaking person then you should think and write in English language if you're speaking or writing to another English Speaking person.

If you're writing to or talking to someone who doesn't speak English very well or at all then you should write to or speak to that person in their own language if possible.

I wouldn't say there's an appropriate language where you have to think and write but maybe I just don't know about it.

I don't quite understand your question. When a child grows up in a bilingual family and his parents have no preferences for any one language, the child writes and thinks in two languages, for him this isn't a problem. I read about it here. I think that on this portal https://smdvosges.com/  is really necessary to sign a contract with him.

About one year ago I had a desire to read my favorite writer in the original. I have personally started learning Spanish and continue to improve my English and French. If you enjoy reading books, that's great. During quarantine, I advise you to read more, and if you are learning a second language, try reading books in that language. Of course, you will have to read the adapted version first, but it will greatly develop your sense of language. For me, the best way to learn the new language was to have lessons online with a personal Spanish tutor. If you have the opportunity and desire, start learning languages
