Emotional Unavailability is a term that describes and means that the person is evasive, inept when talking about relationships and feelings for the relationships and makes excuses.
The person in the relationship who's emotionally unavailable usually doesn't want the other partner to get too close to them and usually wants them to leave them alone most of the time.
Some woman mostly complain that it's the men who're emotionally unavailable but I've known some woman that were emotionally unavailable so it's not just the men.
