A normal blood pressure reading should be 120/80 but it can be a little higher than that and there's no cause for concern.

But when your blood pressure begins rising to 140 systolic or above then you're getting into the bad range for high blood pressure and if the blood pressure goes to 150 systolic or above then the blood pressure is becoming dangerously high and you should seek medical attention especially if it doesn't go down.

You can keep your blood pressure in check by taking daily walks of 15 to 20 minutes, eating a healthy diet, avoiding stress and taking some Apple Cider Vinegar either mixed with water, lemon juice and organic honey or just taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar once or twice per day.
