If someone says your clutch is high it usually just simply means that the clutch is worn out and is not catching properly and needs replaced.

When a clutch is new or the car is new the clutch should catch lower but when the clutch gets worn out it starts catching higher on the clutch plate.

In simple terms you need to have the clutch replaced on your car or other vehicle soon if the clutch is catching high.
