Google Chrome Keeps refreshing Youtube?

Google Chrome web browser has suddenly started refreshing my youtube pages and I'm not sure what's going on.

I've tried restarting the Chrome Browser and Youtube continues to refresh and reload again?

I've had this problem happen to me as well with Google Chrome Reloading Youtube over and over again.

What I did to stop Google Chrome from reloading youtube is to clear my cache in Google Chrome and disable my Google Chrome extension and then re enable the extensions after clearing the cache.

That's what fixed the reloading issue of Google Chrome and Youtube for me.
