Is it normal for a puppy to poop a lot?

My puppy seems to be pooping way too much as in 8 to 9 times per day.

Is it normal that my Puppy is pooping up to 9 times per day or is something wrong with the puppy?

Puppies normally poop from 5 to 6 times per day but every puppy is different in their bathroom needs so your puppy is likely okay if it's pooping 9 times per day.

Also if a puppy eats more food than other puppies and especially if they eat more canned dog food instead of dry dog food then the puppy might poop more than other puppies.

The more the puppy eats the more it will poop.

And puppies poop a lot more than adult dogs do so it's totally normal for a puppy to poop a lot.
