Yes having anxiety or an anxiety attack your blood pressure can rise because when you're having anxiety or an anxiety attack your blood pressure goes up due to your heart beating faster and faster.

Usually if you just start slowly breathing and calm down the blood pressure will usually drop on it's own once the anxiety attack is over or when you're just suffering from anxiety.

If your blood pressure gets too high then you may need to see a doctor or if it gets really high as in 150 or over then you need to seek emergency medical help.

Of course! The cardiovascular system most often suffers: tachycardia occurs, pressure jumps. Often there is a feeling of lack of air, lump and sore throat. Try https://nootropicboost.com/buy-best-nootropics/coluracetam/ to calm the body
