From my personal experience with ordering things from China to the USA through ebay it's taken me two weeks to receive the package and item I ordered from China.
Sometimes it's taken as long as 17 days to receive the package from China but in most cases it's only taken two weeks.
China is very far from the USA and I believe the packages have to go through customs as well which can hold the package up.
I've always gotten my packages from China with no problem but understandably it takes awhile so you need to have patience.
