Both corn syrup solids and high fructose corn syrup are basically the same thing in a technical sense.
Both of those are sugar but the only real difference between high fructose corn syrup and syrup solids is the syrup solids is in powder form while the high fructose corn syrup is in a liquid form.
Also another difference is that corn syrup solids are not as sweet as high fructose corn syrup but they're the same thing.
