Can high blood pressure go away on its own?

Is it possible for high blood pressure to go away on it's own or does high blood pressure require medical treatment?

Most times high blood pressure will not go away on it's own especially as a person ages and there's no other underlying medical cause that could be or could have caused the high blood pressure to develop.

Sometimes high blood pressure can go away on it's own if it's due to stress, anxiety or not getting enough sleep then the high blood pressure should return to normal once you get away from stress and get enough sleep and hopefully are able to get over anxiety about something.

You can also make a potion to get rid of high blood pressure by mixing a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with some organic honey, warm water and some lemon juice.

Drinking the apple cider vinegar potion can help lower blood pressure if drunk daily.

Eating a healthy diet, getting plenty of rest and even walking 15 to 20 minutes per day is another way of naturally lowering your blood pressure.
