135/80 blood pressure is not normal and is actually on the high side and should be lowered to reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke or heart attacks.
A normal blood pressure is in the range of 115/75 but used to be 120/80 so if your blood pressure is between 115/75 or 120/80 then the blood pressure is normal but if the blood pressure spikes above those levels then it can be bad and should be checked out by a doctor and if it gets above 155/90 or higher then you need to call 911 or get to the emergency room as soon as possible.
Same goes for if your blood pressure goes to low it can be dangerous and deadly as well.
If your blood pressure is high take some apple cider vinegar mixed with warm water, organic honey and lemon juice.
Also taking a 15 to 20 minute walk daily can help lower your blood pressure if you're feeling up to a walk.
