I had a doctor once tell me that you couldn't feel anything when you have high blood pressure but I then went to another more competent doctor he confirmed that yes you can feel it when you get high blood pressure.

When I get high blood pressure I'll sometimes have a pounding feeling in my head that won't go away and also I'll get lightheaded and even dizzy.

Some people say they don't experience those symptoms but for some people including myself I do get lightheaded and dizzy from high blood pressure as well as like I said a pounding feeling in my head and I don't get those symptoms once my blood pressure returns to normal.

I mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in with some lemon juice, warm water and organic honey to help lower my blood pressure and I take a 20 minute walk each day which seems to help keep my blood pressure in check.
