Can a dog have an allergic reaction to a flea collar?

Yes an individual dog can have allergic reactions to certain things that some other dogs may not have and it's certainly possible for your dog to be allergic to the ingredients in the flea collar.

So if your dog is breaking out in a rash or getting sick from the flea collar then you should remove the flea collar and try some other ways of getting rid of fleas on your dog.

You can get rid of fleas on your dog by dipping them in a flea bath or just bathing them with some flea shampoo.

You can also kill fleas using Apple Cider Vinegar or just regular Vinegar in a spray bottle with some water or put some Vinegar on a washcloth and rub the Vinegar on the dog to kill fleas on your dog.
