First you can file a Claim on Amazon by Going to Your Orders.
Locate your order in the list and click Get help with order.
Select a reason code to describe your issue.
Select Request refund through A-to-z Guarantee.
Enter the required information and select Submit.

Unfortunately, many companies provide bad service today. In order to avoid it somehow, I check reviews and overall info on the Pissed Consumer website. Except for this, you can file a complaint there. In my view, this website is a real find so highly recommend adding it to bookmarks. Hope it helps.
