What's the worst part of working in an open office?

For those who work in an open office space without cubicles what is the worst part for you when working in an open office?

I work in an open office space but used to work in a cubicle until the office got rid of the cubicles for an open office space and I hate that I'm sitting right next to someone and cannot concentrate fully on the project I'm working on on the computer.

Before I quit my office job to work from home and earn an income through blogging I had a job in an office with the open concept and I would be sitting right next to another employee who I hated.

He was rude, obnoxious and plain annoying to me and I couldn't concentrate while sitting next to him and I kept making a lot of mistakes.

I was so glad to be out of there.

I hate not having privacy either when working in an open concept office and I do better work when I'm not sitting next to someone or being closely watched over.

Open concept offices are a bad idea in my opinion and I missed my cubicle after they got rid of them for the open office.

I used to hate the cubicle but after a few days in the open office I wanted my cubicle back.
