Is wind chill and feels like the same thing?

In weather terms does Wind Chill and Feels like temperature mean the same thing or is there a difference between the two?

Wind Chill and Feels like are essentially the same thing but Wind Chill is often used to describe what the temperature feels like to our bodies in the winter especially when the wind is blowing out.

Feels like usually refers to the spring or summer temperatures when the weather is hot and the humidity is higher making our bodies and the temperature outside feel much hotter than it actually is.
