Wind Chill and Real Feel temperatures are essentially just different terms for the same thing.

Wind Chill is how cold the temperature feels to your body when the wind is blowing the cold air around.

The real feel is used to describe that temperature of what the temperature really feels like to your body.

So Wind Chill and Real Feel are just different terms for the same thing.
