There's no way to lose 50 lbs of fat in just one month. You can lose UP TO 12 lbs of fat in one month (up to 3 lbs/wk) by eating healthy and exercising regularly.
A loss of 1 - 2 lbs/wk is much more easily attainable and maintainable once you hit your goal.
The only other way you can lose 50 lbs in a month is by having surgery which is costly.
