How often should you take a shower?

I like to stay clean so I take a shower once before work in the morning and then again after I get home from work.

So I take a shower twice per day which is good enough.

I could get by with taking only one shower per day but I take 2 showers to clean off the sweat my body produces and I feel much better and sleep better at night as well being clean.
