Acid Reflux can be associated with shoulder blade pain but Acid Reflux doesn't cause shoulder blade pain.

Acid Reflux can cause pain to the back and in the region between your shoulder blades.

Acid Reflux can cause Chest Pain, difficulty Swallowing and Hoarseness.

Shoulder blade pain can be caused by torn rotator cuffs or spine fractures as well as Scoliosis, Degenerative Disc Disease and a Bulging Disc in the spine.

The shoulder blade pain if not serious or due to another injury should go away within 24 to 48 hours but if it comes back or gets worse or doesn't go away soon then see your doctor about it.
