You can make a Vegan Substitute for eggs when a recipe calls for eggs by blending a 1/4 cup of Silken Tofu until along with 1/4 cup of mashed banana and 1/4 cup of Coconut Yogurt or Soy and blend this mixture up in a blender until it's smooth.
You can also use Flax and Chia as a Vegan Substitute for eggs as well.
