When I began blogging to earn some money on the side I blogged for 3 years before I started seeing any income from Adsense.

I thought about giving up blogging since I was becoming unmotivated and thought I was wasting my time writing all those blog posts when only a few 100 visitors were coming to my blog each day and I was earning at most 10 cents per month through Google Adsense.

After I took a break from blogging for a month and thought about what I wanted to do with my blog I checked into my adsense account and over that month I earned $50.00 so it kept me motivated.

And I got back to blogging and overtime after 4 years now I'm earning $400.00 per month by blogging just twice per week.

It's not my full time income yet but maybe one day years down the road it will be and then I can quit my job or continue my job and keep the blog going for extra money.

So if you really want to make money blogging then take a break from it for a few weeks or a month and then your mind will be fresh again and you'll likely want to get back into blogging.

If it's money you need then that could be motivation for you to continue to blog or maybe change the blogging subject and niche to something profitable but also something you're passionate about so it won't feel like a job.

You need to work with it some time to get results(post content, work with SEO, etc). For example I created my own blog about healing(i'm a chiropractor) on Wordpress with premium theme(https://www.templatemonster.com/category/chiropractor-wordpress-themes/), and now the number of visitors is growing. It is not so simple and fast...
