If it's your central air conditioner blower not blowing enough air then it could be your motor becoming faulty or clogged up with dust.
If it is your central air conditioner not cooling properly make sure your outdoor fan on the central ac is spinning fast enough or spinning at all.
If the outdoor central ac fan is not spinning or spinning slowly then it won't allow the central ac to cool properly since the fan is there to remove and dissipate the heat to the outside.
