Whenever I get a foot cramp I sit down in my recliner and prop my feet up and then move the foot back and forth while massaging the foot and it usually relieves the foot cramp within a minute or two.
A heating pad or a warm towel wrapped around the cramped foot also works to get rid of foot cramps.
