The Jumping Spider, Black Widow Spider and Praying Mantis are some insects that eat their mate after mating with them.
I do know that sometimes the male octopus is eaten as well after mating by the female but not always.
I've never heard of any other animals that are eaten after mating but I'm sure there are and that would be horrible if it happened to humans.
