Too much food such as Ice Cream, Cream Cheese, Butter, Sour Cream. Whole Milk, Egg Yolks, Meats high in fat, Fried Chicken, Fast Food, Pastries, Chicken, Bread and Chips and any other fried or fatty foods can all clog your arteries.
It's okay to eat those foods but you should only eat them in moderation to avoid heart disease, diabetes, clogged arteries and other health problems.
