Kenmore appliances are not made at all by Kenmore and are made by either LG or Whirlpool.
Kenmore claims that their appliances are made in the USA but if you do a little digging like I did on a Kenmore washing machine I bought I found it was actually made in China and not in the USA like they claimed it was.
Now a majority of LG and Whirlpool appliances are made in the USA but there's no guarantee that your appliance will be made in the USA so you should research the information on the appliance before you buy it.
Although I'm not sure if all Whirlpool appliances are made in the USA anymore since I remember reading online that Whirlpool has a factory in Mexico for whirlpool appliances so your whirlpool appliance including your Kenmore appliance could be made in Mexico.
