When you have the stomach bug you should eat foods that are bland.
Bland foods to eat when you have a stomach ache are Bananas, Rice, Apples and Toast are good bland foods to eat when you have the stomach flu or stomach bug.
Avoid any dairy products such as milk, cottage cheese, cheese or any foods that contain dairy and avoid any spicy foods while you have the stomach flu.
When I have the stomach I can also eat chicken noodle soup which tends to agree with my stomach when it's upset but some people can't keep it down.
When your stomach bug goes away then slowly ease back into eating other foods.
