You could reuse the coffee grounds to make another pot of coffee but the coffee would not be as good and would be watered down and weak.

I once tried making a second pot of coffee with some used coffee grounds when I was getting low on coffee and although it was okay it was nowhere near as good as coffee made from new coffee grounds and I never tried it again.

So it won't hurt you or anything to make coffee from the used coffee grounds but don't expect it to taste as good as coffee made with fresh coffee grounds.

I've reused coffee grounds before when I ran out of coffee grounds but needed more coffee to drink so I just left the filter and coffee grounds in the coffee maker and added some fresh water to the coffee maker and then turned it on to make more coffee.

It made the coffee okay but it wasn't great although it was certainly better than having no coffee at all.

Reusing coffee grounds to make more coffee certainly isn't gonna hurt you but it won't taste as good either.

The coffee will be more stale in taste than fresh coffee made from fresh coffee grounds.
