Bacon that has turned brown or gray and has a tinge that is blue or green is spoiled bacon and should be thrown out.
If your bacon is the natural pink color and the fat is white or yellow then the bacon is safe but if it's brown or gray and is accompanied by blue or green tinge then it's no good.
