What Domain Registrar has the cheapest domains?

I'm looking to register a domain name. A .com domain name and all the registrars I see are selling domains for $15.00 to $35.00 per year.

Is there any cheaper domain registrars out there?

Domains can be had with great service at both dynadot.com and namecheap.com

I've used both before but currently only use dynadot.com

Dynadot.com has domains for $10.99 a year. Less than a $1.00 per month. And they have great service been using dynadot.com for over 5 years now.
