When you or someone is taking Cognitive Behavioral Therapy also known as CBT therapy you'll go to Therapy Sessions weekly and those Therapy Sessions will last around 30 to 60 minutes.
In total you'll be taking 20 Therapy Sessions for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the time it takes for it to work will depend on the person taking the Therapy but you should see results within 10 to 15 Therapy Sessions although it may take longer or shorter for different people.
